Staff Certifications and Training-AAA approved facilities employ professional technicians with certifications from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
Superior Customer Service-Courteous and efficient reception personnel trained to advise customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Facility Appearance -Maintain a clean, professional organized appearance. Customer areas including restrooms, are safe, clean and comfortable.
Proven Community Reputaion-Have an outstanding community reputation as determined by: a facility financial Report, a Consumer Protection Agency Report, and a AAA survey of recent customers.

Any motorist can look to the AAA Approved Auto Repair logo as an assurance of the facility’s reliability, and AAA members get extra benefits from approved shops.
They include free safety checks when a member’s car is in the shop for a lube,oil and filter change and unless otherwise specified, all repairs (parts and labor) are guaranteed for minimum of 12-months/12,000 miles warranty.
